Refund policy

At Squirro, we deal in food and consumable products that are meant for direct consumption.

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, in the rare event that you receive:
• A damaged product
• An incorrect product
• A package that appears to be tampered with at the time of delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and, if found valid, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Squirro reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
